Did not ship, and claimed starting of next 7 days. Did not ship. Instructed going out that working day, and did not. Spelled out when 1st contacted I didn't care, but must be offered updates, and all I got was lies about when it will ship. They did not reply to two e-mails times apart. Asked for refund going into 4th 7 days without any explanations
